Since our inception in 1988, Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc. (ERS) has achieved a standard of success that is demonstrated through our balanced approach to the resolution of defaulted accounts, dedication to quality assurance and exceptional customer service resulting in superior performance.

Services

ERS has devoted the early years of our organization to the handling of education related debt. These programs include Campus Base Collections of Student Account Receivables, Tuition Fees, Federal Student Loans (Federal Perkins, FFELP, Nursing and HPSL) and Institutional Loans, Guarantor Services and Lender Services. In this capacity, we have been responsible for abiding by specific regulations which impact our operation. These regulations have created a standard by which we must operate as an organization. Some of these regulations include:

Due Diligence Requirements - As a servicer, we must comply with statutory requirements governing the time frame of collection activity.

Fiduciary Standards - Participants in these programs have to uphold standards of fiduciary responsibility. No entity or individual affiliated with an organization can have been convicted for the misuse of local, state or federal funds. These standards are established in 34 CFR 668, 682, and 690.

Financial Standards - 34 CFR 668, 682 and 690 stipulate that any organization participating in the federal programs must abide by established financial standards.

In compliance with the regulations of 34 CFR 668.23, ERS recently concluded its compliance audit for the campus base servicing division with no material findings.

History

Founded in 1988, ERS has devoted much of our early years to the collection and resolution of education related debt. In this capacity, we have developed a client base that exceeds over 250 colleges and universities, six national and state guarantee agencies and a multitude of lenders in the Federal Family Education Loan Program.

Our client base extends to thirty-two states across the country with delinquent or defaulted borrowers in every state, Puerto Rico, Guam and other foreign countries. During the course of the past fourteen years, Enterprise has serviced more than 586,000 borrower accounts totaling more than two billion dollars.

Our educational market focus has led to the development of a sophisticated collection system with the capacity to manage contractual obligations as well as the intricate timelines associated with both federal and state regulations. These contracts have also challenged Enterprise to successfully develop sophisticated individualized interfaces for the exchange of data in effective and efficient manners.
