The experienced ERS IT staff manages our high-speed networks, storage systems, application servers, and an array of platforms, including our digital communications and call-blended dialing systems. The universal nature of our systems and the experience of our programming staff allow ERS the ability to create interfaces and securely exchange data with our clients quickly and efficiently. ERS uses IBM, HP and Dell servers with the most powerful processors available. Our primary IBM server uses the powerful POWER4+ processor; this state of the art system enables an uncompromising blend of performance and automatic computing functions along with the ability to grow indefinitely and more effectively service the needs of our clients.

Our automated dialing system is a versatile inbound/outbound contact management tool designed to create a highly efficient and cost-effective method of contacting the correct party. The system relieves account representatives of the dialing function, which dramatically increases productivity and provides a steady flow of contacts to the representative.

We have both comprehensive Disaster Recovery and Security plans in place. The disaster recovery plan is with IBM Business Continuity & Recovery Services and the wide-ranging security plan at length details both data and physical security.
